With a historic culture of winemaking and almost ten million square kilometres of diverse landscape and geology, China is home to a great many forward-thinking winemakers seeking to produce uniquely Chinese wines. We travel the length of the country sourcing the highest quality wines and import them to the UK, opening up entirely new experiences for an adventurous audience. From Xinjiang in the west to Shandong in the east, Ningxia to the Himalayas, our progressive approach involves a new system of classification for Chinese wine which highlights the distinctive regionality so important to local winemakers.
